A day trip to the forgotten Mariovo from Skopje

Surrounded by high mountains and deep canyons, the Mariovo region is interesting for its history, ethnology, traditions, nature, and culture. Driving through Tikvesh and Pelagonia, we arrive in the first Mariovo village Logovardi, then Novaci. The wanted destination is the almost abandoned village of Zovich, famous for the beautiful Stonebridge, called the movie bridge, due to several movies filmed here. If we are lucky, we can talk to some of the locals, who are still living here. Every step of the way, beautiful views are capturing your view. We can make a good hike in the surroundings and make beautiful photos.
